What is Scoop®?

Scoop is a software project management solution built with mobility as its core focus.  Solar Smart Living uses it from Sales Process, through Operations to Accounting.   The info it gathers and records is crucial to helping make each of our jobs easier in the long run. It will also provide our customers with a better experience. It is cloud-based so it is available anywhere via desktop browser or mobile app. It is specifically designed for companies with field or facility floor operations. Scoop helps us streamline and automate our field work with user-friendly Work Apps (eg Prospecting (LEAD)). Each Work App is like a template for a field procedure: customer info, system details, site inspections, audits, checklists, etc. Work Apps help users follow consistent steps, collect data and communicate with their teams in realtime. Scoop® can be accessed via multiple apps:
  • Web App (desktop)
  • iOS Mobile App
  • Android Mobile App
The mobile apps can run offline without an Internet connection. Your mobile app data syncs automatically when you are back in network range.  Just refresh your screen! Check out the Overview and additional Help Resources at the Scoop Help Desk**
**Note that throughout this course, many questions on the quizzes may relate to info from the Scoop Help Desk.  Make sure to refer to it regularly.
